When you submit our contact form or remodeling project form, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, property or project address, service requested, project type, timeline, budget range, property ownership status, preferred contact method, and any project details or messages you write.

We also automatically collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and campaign parameters associated with your visit.

If you check the consent option on a form, you agree that OpenForge may contact you by phone call, SMS text message, and email about your project request. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can opt out of marketing email by using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.

Marketing consent is optional and is recorded separately from your project request. Declining marketing consent does not prevent us from responding to your inquiry.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and measure performance. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, and we may enable Google Ads conversion tracking in the future to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

Campaign attribution parameters (for example, source, medium, and campaign identifiers) may be stored with your submission so we understand which channel produced the inquiry. You can control cookies through your browser settings and can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct consultations, prepare estimates and proposals, deliver construction and design services, keep records of our communications, improve our website and marketing, and comply with legal obligations.

Form submissions are stored in our secure project database. After a submission is stored, the lead information is transmitted to our workflow automation provider (Zapier) and into our customer relationship management system (LeadConnector / GoHighLevel) so our team can follow up. We also send an internal backup notification email containing the complete submission to our own staff inbox.

We share information only with service providers that support our operations, including website hosting and database providers, email delivery providers, workflow automation (Zapier), CRM and communications platforms (LeadConnector / GoHighLevel), and analytics and advertising measurement providers (Google). These providers may process your information only to provide services to us.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of OpenForge, our clients, or others.

OpenForge does not sell your personal information and does not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

We retain inquiry and project records for as long as needed to serve you, maintain business, warranty, tax, and accounting records, and comply with legal obligations. Records that are no longer needed are deleted or archived. You may request earlier deletion as described below.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect submitted information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access-controlled database storage, and limiting access to staff and providers who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your information, or ask us to stop contacting you. To make a request, email openforgeconstruction@gmail.com with your name and the phone number or email address you used. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technologies, or legal obligations change. The effective and last-updated dates above reflect the current version.
